I have a very long relationship with Fatted Calf...."The people, The Place"  I have worked in Clayton a little over 26 years and during all those years The Fatted Calf has been a constant stable fixture in the Clayton neighborhood in which I work. 

When I do a "lunch run" to the Fatted Calf I am always reminded of that song "You wanna go where everybody knows your name".  When I walk into the FC I can always be sure to hear 'Denise is here' yelled out so the cook knows I am there.  Think of how much time that saves to just walk in a place and they immediately know who you are and why you are there.   It is always so good to see the familiar smiling faces when I visit the Fatted Calf.
