Let's see, we're talking 1981. I was 16 years old, and one of my first jobs was working at the Fatted Calf at the food court in the Liberty Tree Mall in Danvers, Mass. The thing I remember most was that I loved the food.

It was pretty fun, but later in '81, a store opened in the mall that sold home video game systems and cartridges (Atari, Intellivision, etc.) and I went to work there... traded in the spatula for a joystick, I guess you'd say. That place was called Game-Tech, and by 1984 (when I left to go into the Navy) both the Fatted Calf and Game-Tech were gone from the mall.

 Great memories.

Peace
